WHAT TO EXPECT

International markets and complex global deals, Purchasing is a crucial area of our business. Joining our Graduate Programme, you will experience 2 distinct roles within the purchasing function ensuring a breadth of professional development during the 2 year scheme.  From ensuring supplier delivery and managing relationships to gaining firsthand experience of Purchasing support functions, you could make your mark in any of these areas: Exterior, Chassis, Powertrain, Electrical, Interior, Programmes, Aftermarket & Special Vehicle Operations, Non-Production, Purchasing and Trading Division, to name a few. With ongoing support from industry-leading experts and opportunities to gain further skills and professional qualifications (CIPS), not only will you develop truly world-class negotiating and influencing skills, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers the production of the next generation of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. Alongside a 2:2 degree (or higher) in any discipline, you’ll have strong numerical and analytical competence, the ability to work effectively in a challenging environment and possess a never-ending commitment to delivering results. As travel between sites and suppliers will be required, a full driving license is also essential.
