An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world’s most iconic brands. Jaguar Land Rover is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every product. Every process. Every environment. Our vehicles continually set the benchmark for luxury, innovation and performance thanks to our unrivalled commitment to infinite detail. Join us within our Purchasing teams, and you’ll be the driving force behind it all.

Come join us, and you’ll be given the exciting opportunity to make a difference in speeding up the building of our vehicles here at Jaguar Land Rover.

Within the Central Operations and Compliance Team, the Purchasing Shared Services Team provides a number of services to our Purchasing stakeholders. We operate in a metrics-driven environment governed extensively by Service Level Agreements that are managed on a daily basis.

As the Centre of Competence Coordinator, you’ll play a vital, customer facing role within shared services, supporting our Purchasing community.  Located primarily amongst our customers, you’ll be ‘the face of Shared Services’, understanding and resolving our customers’ needs and issues through face to face interaction.  You’ll also support critical Purchasing processes and ensure that they run smoothly and on time in accordance with the SLAs, and will also have responsibility for query management, providing advice and guidance to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll join us with strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to deliver quality and consistency in a complex, highly demanding environment. Naturally process driven with an ability to quickly understand complex new processes and systems, you demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to use data to understand trends and failure modes and suggest solutions.

You’ll also have:

• An excellent track record of successful customer service management

• Intermediate Microsoft office skills (e.g. able to generate reports, pivot tables, lookups)

Jaguar Land Rover considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list. Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

SO WHY US:

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan, private medical cover and performance related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
