WHAT TO EXPECT

In your new role as Project Engineer within the ‘Super System’ Programme Management team you’ll be heavily involved with the delivery of vehicle programme work streams to time, cost, and quality targets.

You’ll create effective plans and ensure that central success criteria and governance rules are adhered to, ensuring that the project remains in-line with overall programme goals.

You’ll assist in the management and planning of multiple complex, cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.

You’ll drive on time delivery, focusing on creating success from ambiguity and deploying risk management to avoid future issues.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll ideally have a degree in engineering or have minimum 3 years work experience within an engineering or project-oriented discipline.

You’ll bring plenty of exposure to managing complex, multi-year projects in a relevant industry and you’ll back up your experience with a recognised project management qualification such as Prince2, Scrum or Agile.

You’ll be a driven project engineer with exceptional organisational and communication skills, displaying previous experience of ensuring consistence in governance and the delivery of multiple projects to strict deadlines. Any exposure to Automotive Industry project management practices is highly beneficial.
