So the decisions you make here will ripple through our business and, ultimately, all around the world.                                                                                  The team is responsible for controlling and reporting all income and spend for each of the business areas. It is also responsible for developing corporate financial strategy, consolidation and management reporting of corporate financial data, accounting and cash management, financial controls, and tax management.

Joining Jaguar Land Rover's busy payroll department at a time of transformation, you'll take responsibility for systems administration for all UK Payroll and Time and Attendance systems related to the delivery of both weekly and monthly payroll for nearly 35,000 staff. Acting as the 'go to person' for payroll systems, providing first line support for the payroll department, escalating all issues to suppliers and responding to system failures. You'll assist with the ongoing development of systems, leading upgrades, testing and compliance in addition to taking ownership of the post go-live 'snagging list'. Working with key stakeholders, you'll determine suitability and relevance of systems releases. You'll act as first point of contact for payroll software suppliers and attend user groups and conferences as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

An experienced payroll systems administrator, you should have proven background gained in a systems administration role within either an outsourced payroll provider or a large corporate business. You'll demonstrate experience of process improvements and implementation, system testing and strong communication skills with the ability to influence and interact within a multifunctional internal and external network. You'll have strong IT skills with Advance Microsoft Excel.
