Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here, you’ll design, develop and shape the future of our electronic systems. By helping us find visionary developments in everything from hybrid vehicles and infotainment to advanced electronic systems integration and electrics.

As the Module Project Lead you'll be responsible for programme transactions within the Module Team, and meeting all defined targets and attributes – covering the technical and commercial, in terms of cost, quality and time. In addition, you’ll be responsible for the execution of Module related deliverables on programmes and reporting on status at relevant gateways.

You can also expect to coordinate activities on specific programmes: ensuring reliable delivery of the Module targets, agreeing that programme specific targets for quality, cost and time are compatible across the module; and accepting and monitoring the cascaded programme investment, vendor tooling and piece costs.

You’ll also need to manage project delivery across the Module functions and manage transparent communication and escalation through the Architecture Module Team as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Previous experience within an engineering environment or a programme planning environment is required, accompanied by the ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues within a project team environment.

You’ll ideally have good working knowledge of Product Creation & Delivery System (PCDS), Change Control, Product Definition and Change Management processes. Finally it is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with self-confidence, a passion for quality, and the ability to deliver with minimum supervision.

Jaguar Land Rover considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list. Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

BENEFITS

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
