Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities. 

As Lead Planner within the Jaguar Land Rover Supply Team you will have the responsibility for ensuring best-in-class parts availability from our supply base into our central warehouses, for onward distribution to our global logistics and retailer network. Driving at the heart of Jaguar Land Rover’s ‘Customer First’ principles, your input will be crucial to achieving serviceability, costs of ownership, and customer retention for our two brands.

Helping to transform the scale of our business, you will also support the Parts 2020 Programme by ensuring a smooth implementation of the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) module of SAP across the Supply Base and Planning teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You'll have experience in your current role of managing a small team.  You'll be required to demonstrate your ability to provide ongoing coaching, training and development of individuals.

With management experience, you are confident in your ability to provide ongoing coaching, training and development of individuals. To assist with our 2020 Programme, you’ll need knowledge of SAP and experience in a planning/procurement role within an aftermarket or manufacturing facility.

You’ll need considerable experience of the parts business and/or knowledge of the Jaguar Land Rover supply base. You’ll need the ability to forge excellent working relationships with suppliers, interacting effectively with diverse groups, managers, and executives across the business.  

You’ll be well organised with a process orientated mind-set with great attention to detail and ability to manage priorities to enable you to work in this fast paced role.
