WHAT TO EXPECT

 

With your expertise and problem-solving skills, you’ll work as part of the highly-motivated and flexible Site Services team within our prestigious Jaguar Plant at Castle Bromwich.

 

Ready to provide scheduled maintenance activities, you’ll become an integral part of the Boiler House Team by undertaking maintenance activities on non-production related equipment - an essential part of the day-to-day running of the plant.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

Alongside a completed relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship, we would expect you to have extensive maintenance knowledge. You’ll take a proactive approach to maintaining compressed air systems, boiler house systems, air conditioning and heating related systems.

 

You’ll be able to count on your strong engineering knowledge (Hydraulics & Mechanical) to respond to whatever issues may arise. An effective communicator, you’ll have strong interpersonal and coordination skills, making you able to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Flexibility is key within the Boiler House team as you’ll need to be flexible to work shifts and be on-call if any urgent situations arise.
