What to expect:
The Licensing and Branded Goods department is a team with a global focus within the Special Operations division of Jaguar Land Rover. The vision is to design, create and retail a range of premium and luxury products ranging from apparel to luggage, model cars to furniture; reflecting the Jaguar and Land Rover Brands and supporting the company’s lifestyle brand positioning.
A rapidly growing area of the department, the licensing team works with market leading companies and internationally recognised brands from a variety of industries to co-create collections for retail under license. The team works with a variety of stakeholders across JLR to help partners to develop their co-brand and mono-brand ranges whilst constantly reviewing new opportunities. License partners are categorised into 4 areas:
Model Cars
Interactive Games
Technical Publications
Lifestyle

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global Licensing Manager, the Licensing Coordinator is a key role in supporting the existing license partner base, working with them to develop and promote products which appropriately represent the Jaguar and Land Rover brands. Key responsibilities include:
• Day to day management of a selection of partners across all 4 categories
• Develop, manage and help implement a JLR licensee marketing support pack and style guide
• Work closely with JLR Design and marketing teams to efficiently process product and marketing approvals
• Source and maintain CAD data for model car and interactive game licensees
• Work with finance to provide regular reporting of royalties and partner sales performance
• Support the Global Licensing Managers with various administrational tasks including; Car bookings, contract admin, legal customs enquiries, partner set-up, sample management, meeting organisation and courier despatch.
This role offers excellent opportunities to develop a broad range of business and commercial skills, focusing on the growth of an exciting business unit. There is a great deal of interaction with many areas of the business - specifically Global Design, Product, Legal, Finance and Marketing teams

• Degree qualified in a business related field with an interest in marketing and relationship management
• A proven background in partner and/or supplier management
• Enthusiasm and drive, with commitment and confidence to achieve goals on time
• Absolutely key is the ability to adapt in a fast moving, exciting and involving environment
• Must be highly motivated and able to build a strong cross functional network
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous organisation and planning skills
