WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Product Development Engineering is the key technical department for the product creation process, leading the engineering from concept to customer. There are three parts to it: Attribute Quality and Process, Vehicle Integrity Team and Vehicle Engineering Management. Working here, you’ll give our vehicles their unique characteristics. It's all part of creating vehicles that delight customers and set us apart from the competition.

 

Sitting within the In Vehicle Infotainment team, and reporting to the Software Architect Group Leader, you’ll be the subject matter expert for Cyber Security, strategic design and implementation of the In Vehicle infotainment solutions that the team delivers.

 

As a Cyber Security Architect you’ll be responsible for the overall security of In Vehicle Infotainment system, including penetration testing. In addition, you’ll be required to carry out systems analysis, oversee production, and review Automotive In Vehicle Infotainment software system design documents.

 

You’ll work with multi-disciplined engineers responsible for developing In Vehicle software architecture to help resolve architectural and development issues.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

As our Cyber Security Architect, you’ll have experience of cyber security design for software systems, penetrations testing, and software signing. You’ll have good experience of software development, as well as strong knowledge of QNX/Linux, and infotainment systems knowledge will be desirable.
