You will be exposed to HR in both a commercial and manufacturing environment through one or more roles in the following areas:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Excellence runs throughout our entire business. And we expect you to be the same. You will be on track to receive a 2:2 or higher in a Business, Finance, Analytics or STEM degree subject, we’ll need to see evidence of your data driven commerciality and business insight. You will have the ability to form effective working relationships and a solid ability to understand and help implement a people strategy.
You’ll discover our dedication to developing excellence runs throughout the business. Your innovation and creativity will be challenged every day, as you develop a rigorous and commercially focused approach to your work. And with ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the schemes have been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.
The placement will start on June 24 2019 and be for a fixed duration of 12 months.
