WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Here, you’ll design, develop and shape the future of our electrical systems. By helping us find visionary developments in everything from hybrid vehicles and infotainment to advanced electronic systems integration and electrics.

As a HiL Material Planning Engineer, will be part of the Electrical Verification and Validation Team within Electrical Engineering. The team is responsible for delivering a platform for the testing and validation of vehicle software using a L5 HiL rig.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

With a passion for the automotive industry you will coordinate and deliver all parts for the delivery and testing requirements for the identified Programmes on vital JLR rigs, which will includes populating  and maintain team content within programmes and reporting systems.

 

You will be responsible for leading new process improvement initiatives, prepare and present documentation for programme checkpoints and gateways whilst coordinating with the HiL project leader to ensure the part requirements for the L5 Vital rig are aligned to the programme feature content.

 

In addition, you’ll possess excellent significant experience of Electrical Engineering systems, systems integration, EE architectures, components, practices and the processes involved with system design/ development within the corporate programme timing standard. Applicants should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, pro-active, demonstrates initiative and with the ability to work with minimum supervision
