Joining us as the Global Process Analyst you’ll engage with all areas of the Commercial teams to support  improved business performance, ensuring our continued growth remains competitive . You’ll be supporting with designing, developing and delivering our global business processes, and  be responsible for defining the business process and improvement activities and projects.

 

You’ll contribute to the delivery and planning of our strategic options analysis and evaluation together.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll join us with excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of Process Flow diagrams. You'll have the capability to combine a short-term and pragmatic focus with medium-term planning, and with your previous experience of business process improvement and project management  you’re adept with various project management techniques.

 

You’ll also have the communication and interpersonal skills required to successfully convey complex ideas and able to  constructively respond to new ideas and inputs and the commercial acumen to deliver operational plans in a complex environment.
