WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities.

As Reward and Recognition/Finance Co-ordinator, you’ll support the deployment of Reward and Recognition projects globally while assisting the Regions with their local events and working very closely with the Capability Manager and the global agencies. We’ll look to you to work with all regions and internal stakeholders to develop and deploy a consistent global and regional programme. You’ll also support the Technical area to manage the budget controls within their department.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll come with a strong customer-first ethic together with experience of project co-ordination and knowledge of MS Excel features and functions. Clear and concise communication skills will be essential, as you’ll be liaising and interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including managers. A high level of accuracy will also be essential in spelling, grammar, punctuation and numeracy as will proactive problem solving abilities. Above all, you’ll be willing to adapt with change.
