Our Finance graduate programme will give you the opportunity to experience the scale and breadth of an industry-leading finance team. From budgeting, forecasting, and profit planning, to strategy and investment appraisal, it’s a fast-paced and dynamic team, where every idea you have and every decision you make will affect our entire operation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Excellence runs throughout our entire business and we expect you to be the same. You’ll be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 across one of the following degree disciplines:

STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)

Accounting or Finance related

Business or Management related

Economics

More importantly, you’ll need the drive to liaise with our partners across the business, the confidence to champion issue resolution initiatives, with a highly analytical mindset and commercial focus. You’ll be an excellent communicator, and, in an ever-changing world, have the ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.

With ongoing support from industry-leading experts, you’ll quickly realise the programme has been designed to be just as inspiring as the pioneering vehicles you’ll help produce.

Whichever path you follow, your hard work and contribution deserves recognition. So as well as ongoing support and learning opportunities, you’ll receive a competitive salary. This will be around £300 per week, or £15,600 p.a.

For those on 12 month placements, a generous holiday allowance will also be yours, as will many other benefits. With on-site facilities like gyms and sports hall, plus regular social events, you’ll have plenty of chances to make friends and have fun too.
