WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Finance Analyst in Billing and Receivables you’ll support the delivery of Global Billing and Receivables services, as part of the end to end Order to Cash (OTC) process.

Your key responsibilities are to deliver month end completion of financial reporting, process invoices, evaluate new business opportunities; and contribute to the global deployment, standardisation and optimisation of Billing and Receivables services, whilst working in a timely and accurate manner.

Additionally you’ll:

· Resolve customer concerns and queries
· Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
· Embrace our Customer First principles and behaviours
· Maintain day-to-day relationships with a global customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

As a Finance Analyst you'll have a proven background in Billing and Receivables with the ability to demonstrate a tenacious and structured approach to OTC processes. You’ll need to have clear communication skills with the ability to influence others and enjoy customer contact and working at an energetic pace.

This is a busy and fast-moving environment where you'll need to be organised and capable of working under pressure, whilst adapting to changing situations. You’ll also hold relevant qualifications; along with experience of working in a SOX controlled environment.

Additionally you’ll need to have:

· Excellent attention to detail
· SAP experience
· A continuous improvement mind set
· Flexibibility to travel locally as well as internationally.
