The Estate Management team is responsible for maintaining site operation and developing the site infrastructure across Castle Bromwich and Browns Lane. Your team will cover a wide range of responsibilities from managing the planning, design and delivery of major site developments, through provision of utility services and environmental leadership, as well as the day-to-day maintenance and safe operation of the sites.
 
As the Factory Services Supervisor you’ll support and manage the daily running of the Castle Bromwich site with a team of 15 people, as well as assist and advise in the delivery of associated construction and facility projects. Within your role you’ll project manage small and medium capex projects, facilitate and develop the Site Services CAPEX procedure, while developing and leading cost saving initiatives across the site. 
 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
With a degree or Level 3 qualification within an engineering discipline, you’ll come with proven experience of project management, process improvement and strategy development. Experience of managing and leveraging maximum support from the wider team to achieve objectives is crucial, along with the ability to lead and influence at all levels within the business and the supply base. 
 
You’ll be highly driven, self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision, whilst drawing on your analytical and troubleshooting skills to demonstrate effective problem management.
