LOCATION:  Coventry, West Midlands

WHAT TO EXPECT

Precision is what guides every aspect of our processes, and in the performance, efficiency, and driveability (PED) arena, you’ll influence the technologies deployed. You’ll guide the business on our vehicle content that is required to deliver targets.

As a Hardware Engineer within the EMS Hardware team, you’ll be responsible for working with our strategic supplier to deliver engine control module for our multiple Core Engine programmes. Your role will also require significant liaison with internal Jaguar Land Rover departments and the supplier to take the project  from the concept phase to delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Besides good understanding of best practices in the design of electronics, you'll demonstrate experience of development of embedded control hardware for automotive applications. Experience using MATLAB or equivalent will also be required for this position.
