WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

 

As Electrification Strategy Engineer you will support the team in all strategy related activities, studies, and overlays as well as System and Commodity Strategy Papers. You’ll also be responsible for department benchmarking activities across all Electrification systems and commodities.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll have knowledge of automotive products and delivery processes, in particular Electrification technologies, Technology Creation and Development System (TCDS) and Product Creation & Delivery System (PCDS) processes. Additionally, you’ll have strong data manipulation and communication skills, with ability to create clear presentation material.

 

Ideally, you’ll have a proven ability to influence and manage people and pull cross functional teams together. Highly driven and self-motivated, you’ll be able to deliver with minimum supervision and prioritise complex issues in a complex environment.
