WHAT TO EXPECT

With your knowledge and experience of Dyno Testing, you’ll join the Quality Department of our Engine Manufacturing Centre (EMC) - Jaguar Land Rover’s flagship powertrain manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton. 

You’ll be responsible for driving best-in-class quality into the build of our new Ingenium Engine - the future of Jaguar engines. The Ingenium is a state-of-the-art car engine designed and engineered from scratch at the EMC. It was built to maximise performance and environmental sustainability, at the same time as driving down running costs for car owners. 

You’ll be applying clear standards to measure function, performance and build quality of all engine variants manufactured at the EMC. You’ll routinely review data and maintain statistical and testing reports, to drive improvements in the production of our engines through clear feedback on engine testing analysis. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Like us, you’re passionate about quality and process improvement. Your ability to carry out fault diagnostics and resolve problems will be fundamental to achieving your objectives.

On top of this, you’ll have completed a relevant indentured or advanced modern apprenticeship. 
You’ll bring with you previous experience of working within an engine test facility and experience in computer-based control systems. You'll have comprehensive knowledge of health and safety requirements, as well as risk assessments, too.
