WHAT TO EXPECT

The Digital Assets team residing within Marketing, Sales and Services is the primary centre of competence at Jaguar Land Rover are responsible for the creation of all CGI digital assets and digital media to support product launch communications activities across multiple business functions for consumer facing content. 

 

The Digital Assets team is defined into three core areas of competence; Development, Model Production, and Imagery Production. Each area is responsible for pioneering and executing its distinct function aligned to core JLR and Digital Assets strategy, objectives and programme deliverables.

 

Working as a Production Supervisor, you’ll be supervising, guiding, and supporting Production Artists who generate key still imagery for internal and external customers. You’ll be responsible for resource management, work allocation, quality control, status reporting, issue tracking, and the creation and utilisation of tools and documents to facilitate all aspects of your role.

 

To achieve success, you’ll:

 

·  Provide regular status reports to support the Imagery Creation Production Manager
·  Plan resources in collaboration with the Operation Team
·  Accept delivery of build inputs and delegate work accordingly
·  Track and resolve risks and issues in line with Digital Asset Creation processes

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll come from a computer-generated imagery background, having managed teams of artists in previous roles. You’ll be an expert in Maya, 3DS Max, VRay and Adobe Photoshop, and you’ll be used to file management and storage structuring / configuration. You’ll also be competent when it comes to project management tools and techniques.

 

You’ll need to be:

 

·  An expert in CGI, ideally within the automotive industry
·  A manager who can lead and support
·  Quality focused
