Whilst those who join our Clay Modelling team will need good aesthetic judgement to develop 3D shapes for both our interior and exterior design clay properties.

As part of the Model Operations team you'll take the Studio Modelling early design or production ready, data and using your design and engineering awareness, along with the CAD/CAM, 5 Axis, Rapid Prototype and Paint & Trim teams; develop and build full size world-class physical properties to support the design process.

Whichever team you join, you'll experience on-going support and opportunities to develop further skills and qualifications as one of the team who are shaping the next generation of scintillating vehicles.

To join our Digital Modelling team you'll also need awareness of software tools and programmes and excellent 3D spatial evaluation skills, and to join the Clay Modelling or Model Operations team we will need to see some evidence of your physical modelling skills.

Please be aware that our undergraduate placement opportunities are only open to penultimate year students working towards a degree in Design (i.e. students who will be returning to their final year of study following their placement with us); or returning to university to study a Masters in Design.

This placement will commence 08 April 2019 and finish in October 2019 and you'll need to be able to commit to the full duration of the six month placement.

During your six month Industrial Placement you'll receive a competitive salary and holiday allowance. All this and more makes us the perfect place for ambitious undergraduates to start their journey.
