Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities. 

As the Data Analyst within Product Investigation (PI), you’ll support the wider team of PI Engineers in researching trends of vehicle faults and presenting in a format where engineers can build a single problem definition (SPD) document. You’ll also compile the department’s KPI and SLA reporting documents, including the quick service fix (QSF) report and other various ad hoc reports for the wider management team. Additionally, you’ll manage the liaison global concerns management white alert inbox and forge a close working relationship with the Global Critical Concerns team (GCCT) and Global National Service Centres (NSC).

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

For this role, you'll have previous experience of working with large sets of data, mainly from MS Excel as well as other Jaguar Land Rover internal systems, and interpreting this data to draw appropriate conclusions. This should act as a base for making relevant recommendations and producing a suite of management information reports.  You'll need a strong knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel as well as experience in producing reports, dashboards, etc.

You'll have the ability to work to a tight deadline and on your own initiative. You'll have a strong knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover’s model range alongside the ability to integrate with wider Jaguar Land Rover departments and forge relationships.

This position will offer you plenty of opportunities to make use of your excellent written and verbal communication skills as you'll be travelling to various Jaguar Land Rover sites.
