WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Voice of Customer Engineer, you'll be joining the Quality Engineering Voice of the Customer department, responsible for driving the Voice of the Customer and Quality data into the creation of new features and technologies. You'll be identifying customer needs and supporting the definition of Customer Requirements for new technologies through the collation and analysing of data, whilst driving and supporting best practice and process improvements within Quality Engineering, Vehicle engineering and Research.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
For your role as a Voice of Customer Engineer, you'll have a solid background in product development and a previous experience of leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues. Ideally you'll be degree qualified with some project management experience and will easily demonstrate your passion for automotive and new technologies. You'll be a confident communicator, have a creative and analytical frame of mind and will have previous experience within Product Development or Research departments.
