WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Customer Experience Advisor you’ll be a knowledgeable expert of our brands in order to achieve a right first time response and the highest level of customer service.
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll be part of a large team, working in a fast paced and energetic environment, managing inbound and proactive contacts, to and from customers, retailers and third parties via telephone, email, social and digital platforms. You’ll identify prospective customers and generate leads to the Retailer network; respond to customers’ enquiries right first time on our exciting vehicle line up and products and introduce customers to the Retailer network and support them to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You`ll identify and manage any complaints on the initial contact and handover seamlessly to the Customer Solutions team.
In addition you’ll verify all contacts and update the SV-CRM system to ensure complete Data Protection compliance; ensure all contacts are captured in the SV-CRM systems to enable the Customer Experience Centre to be a valuable data source to the wider business; and act as a role model for Jaguar Land Rover Values, Customer First Principles and Behaviours.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll have strong experience in delivery of premium customer service, excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder negotiation skills. You’ll be numerate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to outline information in a straightforward manner.
Results oriented, highly motivated, energetic and an inspirational team player; you’ll have the ability to influence effectively across a network, balancing a broad range of priorities, with minimal supervision and under great pressure. You’ll be a clear demonstrator of a Customer First mindset in everything you do with the ability to identify opportunities for improvements and implement change. You’ll have excellent time management skills,strong written communication skills, able to work on multiple tasks and deliver results to agreed schedules. You’ll also have strong decision making and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to make quick and competent decisions.
