An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world’s most iconic brands. Jaguar Land Rover is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Every product. Every process. Every environment. Our vehicles continually set the benchmark for luxury, innovation and performance thanks to our unrivalled commitment to infinite detail. Join us within our Purchasing teams, and you’ll be the driving force behind it all.

The Trading Division is a new division within Jaguar Land Rover supporting the development and advancement of new markets through the construction of a global supply chain network. It also aims to support the commencement of production vehicles outside of the UK, in turn making Jaguar Land Rover a truly global player.

As Contract Analyst, we’re looking for you to be flexible, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and thrive in a changing environment while having your mind set on continuous improvement.

In your role you’ll be responsible for the mobilisation and governance of all service and supply contracts for the Trading division, right from the earliest stage working with Non-Production Purchasing, sourcing suppliers all the way through to managing a contract during its lifecycle. As yours will be an all-encompassing role, you’ll be responsible for defining requirements (including service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators) for new projects.

Finally, you’ll be involved in producing reports for management meetings and reporting on the status of new programmes, and within these activities, making sure contracts are operating within corporate compliance guidelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll come equipped with experience of managing contracts, including some knowledge of contract drafting. You’ll have demonstrable evidence of managing supplier performance, ensuring targets are met and addressing non-performance where necessary. You’ll have experience of working in a logistics and supply chain environment as well as working with a continuous improvement mind-set and having a keen eye for these details.

Stakeholder management skills and self-confidence will be key to communicating at all levels of the organisation as well as with external suppliers and customers. A good working knowledge of all MS Office tools and SAP will also be required.

Jaguar Land Rover considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list. Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

BENEFITS

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you will find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team. Our employees have access to a privilege car purchase scheme, membership of a competitive pension plan, performance related bonus scheme and 26 days holiday entitlement. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
