An ever-evolving heritage. A truly exciting future. Two of the world’s most iconic brands. Jaguar Land Rover is revered across the globe. Continually pushing the boundaries of innovation and redefining the benchmark for excellence, we set the standards others want to follow. We want to keep it that way too. Which is where you join the journey.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Human Resources (HR) team at Jaguar Land Rover has recently undergone a massive transformation project. That’s why we need your help to keep us focused as we move forward on our path to a successful transition.

As the Case Management Advisor, you’ll ensure effective operational support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement and absence—in particular complex cases. You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge of case law and ensure all concerned are briefed fully on relevant cases. You’ll have effective organisation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and support managers.

As an HR professional, you’ll process, manage and deliver operational excellence and be required to apply sound judgment, including appropriate risk analysis, when making recommendations on appropriate case outcomes.

You’ll lead on process improvement projects for the Case Management team, deliver a HR customer service focused on the resolution of cases, and maintain and build effective relationships with the wider HR community and the business i.e. Shared Delivery HR, Business HR and the Jaguar Land Rover customer base.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll have previous experience of supporting cases - ideally complex cases as well as previous experience of managing process improvements. Previous experience of data analysis and report writing would be beneficial, as well as the ability to deliver results consistently in a fast paced HR Contact Centre.

You’ll have experience in supporting line managers to perform absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal. As well as being able to demonstrate a working knowledge of employment law, you’ll need to fully understand the Equality Act and the need for reasonable adjustments.

You’ll have experience of working with Trade Unions, ideally within a Manufacturing environment and a proven ability to support complex cases through to Employment Tribunal.

Jaguar Land Rover considers that this role does not meet the criteria to be considered within the Home Office Shortage Occupation list.  Therefore, Jaguar Land Rover will not support an application for visa sponsorship and all applicants for this role must have an unrestricted right to work for an indefinite period in the UK.

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you will find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team. Our employees have access to a privilege car purchase scheme, membership of a competitive pension plan, performance related bonus scheme and 26 days holiday entitlement. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.
