Joining us as CAD AVA Design Engineer, you’ll support the development and implementation of Associative Vehicle Architecture CAD toolsets and methods across Body Engineering to improve the efficiency, quality and compatibility of geometry and engineering within our world-class vehicles   
Using your engineering and Bill of Design knowledge  you’ll help to drive improvements to processes, identify new opportunities, to help build high quality parametric CAD toolsets. 
You’ll also be responsible for coaching and supporting our Graduates, Apprentices and Engineers in AVA CAD model creation and assisting both CAD and non-CAD engineers in scoping the requirements of the AVA toolsets. 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll join us with   CAD (CATIA, Siemens NX, Solidworks, etc) experience and the ability to interpret 2D sketching into 3D digital form.  
You’ll have excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry and thrive in an engineering environment; and you’re confident in leading the resolution of business, technical and process issues, ideally within engineering.
