To enable Jaguar Land Rover to meet our ambitious, global expansion plans, Centres of Excellence (CoE) are being established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Process Organisation.

In your role as Business Analyst you'll be part of a working group to support the development of the Jaguar Land Rover process modelling standards. You'll define the standards, templates and approach that the manufacturing CoE will use to define all of its business processes and create a database that documents all manufacturing processes across all manufacturing locations.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

In your role as Business Analyst you'll have demonstrable experience on facilitating and delivering processes mapping workshops. You'll have an excellent working knowledge of the ARIS process modelling tool alongside working experience of in a manufacturing business. Along with these skills you'll be an excellent relationship builder across varying levels and an understanding of the end to end manufacturing process. You'll be competent in Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Project and have a structured, organised and disciplined approach to planning.
