In this role you'll be responsible for creating vehicles programmes which support the Bespoke Cycle Plan; you'll work closely with other functions within Special Operations and the wider JLR business as well as Tier 1 and niche suppliers.

This role will present the successful applicant with the opportunity to demonstrate an ability to work as a highly motivated self-starter and a quick thinker with problem resolution, communication and analytical skills.'

In your role you’ll support the Strategy Manager to create bespoke vehicle programmes in line with the Vehicle Personalisation Cycle Plan; you’ll coordinate multiple functional inputs into bespoke vehicle programmes in the strategy development phase and be responsible for the preparation of programme papers to enable successful and timely gateway approval.

You’ll develop effective relationships with other functions in Special Operations and the wider JLR business and ensure successful delivery of programme content within cost, timing and quality targets

. WHAT YOU’LL NEED

To be successful in this role you’ll have market awareness of luxury customer requirements and competitive vehicle developments, along with Jaguar Land Rover product knowledge.

You’ll have experience in cross functional program management and supplier co-ordination along with excellent communication skills.

A high level of IT skills and capability on Microsoft Office software is required.

Business acumen skills suitable for developing profitable business propositions would be beneficial
