WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

 

As Battery Build Investigations and Sign off Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for to supporting the battery development engineering teams for battery modifications and investigations. You’ll produce and supply prototype HV Batteries to our internal customers with a business focus on quality and timely delivery. In addition you’ll assist Manufacturing Engineering to create efficient processes for mainstream production lines.

 

Finally, you’ll provide day to day supervision to the maintenance team to ensure a safe and efficient production performance is delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & the Environment framework.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

You’ll have experience of supervising a multi-skilled team and multi-shift operations with proven experience of delivery processes and procedures. In addition to this you’ll have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. You’ll also have knowledge and experience of delivering safety metrics.

 

You’ll have knowledge of Quality Operating Systems procedures and deliverables with working knowledge and experience of off track, post build process activity.

 

You’ll have experience of Health and Safety Audits including risk assessments, in addition you’ll have knowledge of High Voltage Battery systems.
