LOCATION: Coventry, West Midlands

WHAT TO EXPECT

Using state-of-the-art facilities, you’ll provide the power behind our vehicles working in our Powertrain Engineering team. You'll find the ideal balance between performance and sustainability, while responding to the environmental issues that shape our industry.

The role will be responsible for the coordination and management of Unit Auto-Transmission Programmes. You’ll work closely with Hardware, Calibration and Controls Engineers in adjacent teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of role responsibilities. You’ll be expected to work independently in a technically and organisationally complex office environment in Whitley as a member of an international team predominately based in Germany.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

With a passion for the automotive industry, you’ll demonstrate proficient communication and influencing skills with experience of process improvement and working in a project support role, all within an engineering team environment.

In addition, you’ll have the ability to work independently, be results driven, with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex environment. You’ll be able to combine a short term, pragmatic focus with long term planning and be a resilient and enthusiastic team member who responds constructively to new ideas and inputs.
