WHAT TO EXPECT
As the Analytics Developer, you'll be part of a unique and newly formed production purchasing analytics team. An excellent opportunity to help support with developing the analytics strategy that release the value of our data and help inform/shape negotiation strategy with our suppliers.
A natural problem solver, as Analytics Developer you’ll coordinate solving the most complex analytics problems faced by Jaguar Land Rover Purchasing. Your role will be highly influential in shaping the direction and growth of the analytics function in the purchasing organisation which will have a significant impact on the future sourcing process.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll join us being an excellent communicator as you'll be liaising with stakeholders from across the business to drive change and business value through analytics. You’ll also have experience working on analytics projects within a technology consultancy or an established corporate analytics team, demonstrating sound knowledge of established data analytics tools and processes and have strong coding experience especially in parsing and retrieving data from unstructured data files.
You'll have experience of transforming processes and delivering value through analytics. You’ll be experienced in an analytics project from problem definition and project scoping to delivery, review, and documentation.
You’ll have knowledge/experience in one of the following: SQL,Python, Google Big Query, Tableau and be able to develop more which will result in you becoming a subject matter expert in Jaguar Land Rover's analytics tools.
