WHAT TO EXPECT

Jaguar and Land Rover are two of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. Every day we are reaching more customers, and our network of well over 2,000 dealerships continues to expand around the world. As our global marketplace extends further, we need to provide more customers than ever before with an unrivalled experience. You'll see that we do.

Our Marketing, Sales and Service (MS&S) teams are responsible for all customer-facing activities, from developing and maintaining the dealer network to managing importers and export partners. Their responsibilities continue through to global sales planning and supply of vehicles to markets, the sales process to customers, and all global customer service and aftersales activities.

Part of MS&S and with global revenues of over £1.5 billion, Aftermarket Parts make a substantial contribution to company profits. Within this team, Parts Product Management and New Model Supply Chain is responsible for securing availability of parts for vehicle launch by determining the product range, planning the end-to-end sequence and timing of events, risk assessing and preparing the supply base before finally obtaining the material and managing distribution globally. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work in the Jaguar Land Rover Aftermarket Parts Product Management team. Primarily focusing on the Jaguar brand, the New Parts Introduction (NPI) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timely introduction and launch of new model parts.

Within a small team of 3 analysts, the NPI Analyst will work closely with New Model Launch teams to ensure new parts are created within Aftermarket systems in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you'll provide regular updates to New Model meetings, monitor and improve performance, identify and contribute to the resolution of issues, and play a key role in increasing the availability of service parts at vehicle launch. Since your role will be varied, you'll be expected to build effective relationships across other teams and functions within the Aftermarket business. Effective cross-functional liaison will be crucial to the timely purchase, supply and distribution of spare parts and will also be fundamental to achieving availability, serviceability, costs of ownership and customer retention and satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

To be successful in this role, you'll combine a confident and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills as well as the ability to communicate and present information. You'll also have a high level of analytical ability and you’ll take an organised and process-orientated approach paying great attention to detail. Being a highly motivated, energetic and proactive individual, you’ll show the determination to make things happen working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

BENEFITS

Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you’ll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and a performance-related bonus scheme. All this and more makes Jaguar Land Rover the perfect place to continue your journey.

Jaguar Land Rover is committed to equal opportunity for all.
