As Administrator you will support to the Non-Production Purchasing team, as well as assisting team administration in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes. You’ll be an active member of the team and be required to deliver timely and efficient administrative duties.

 

You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities to support the Non-Production Purchasing Team. These include managing the team communications, updating policies and procedures, entering and reporting data, and any other tasks assigned under the direction of key stakeholders.  You’ll also attend stakeholder meetings, taking minutes, circulating notes, and issuing agendas.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll be a key support to this business area so will need the proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation. As Administrator you’ll need to be detail orientated with good organisational and time management skills in order to meet the demands of the role. With proficient analytical and problem solving skills, you’ll have the ability to interpret data and be comfortable with data management and manipulation. Finally, to meet the needs of our business you’ll need excellent IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office.
