Job description
Learn how to manage brands, events, membership programmes in an entrepreneurial, fun environment. The Fiena Group exists to inspire a feminine lifestyle in cities across the world. We are bold, contemporary, feminine & edgy.

You will be working on the Fiena Members Club (see www.TheFienaGroup.com/Club) and the Brand Management division of The Fiena Group (see www.TheFienaGroup.com/Brand).
The Fiena Group works with contemporary pioneers in the female space; leaders, visionaries, change-makers.
Role
Brand, Marketing and Design
you will learn the fundaments of brand management in practise
you may assist in content creation for social media
you may get involved in the creative ideation process
you will assist in outreach and client selection
you will work on varying marketing campaigns from start to finish for a variety of clients
The Members Club
you will assist the membership recruitment process
you will assist in VIP female pioneer outreach & selection
you will help with venue selection and partnerships management
you will assist in the production and management of events, during the planning stages and through the event day
you will assist in running monthly cocktail nights, & members events across a wide spectrum of themes including fashion, luxury, sports, spiritual events

We have flexible working arrangements. Our office is in Covent Garden but we regularly meet in Mayfair and the West End, with occasional meetings around the city.
Desired profile
We look for smart, polite, hard working and fun interns who fit the Fiena ethos. We will consider all backgrounds but experience in PR, Marketing, Sales or Events is desirable.
