Our Team

The Account Creation Team (ACT) was formed to assist Bankers/Portfolio Managers in the aggregation of all documentation required to open a Private Banking account. ACT has set controls with a centralized point of contact for receiving and validating account opening documentation. ACT offers quality and timely service to clients, while acting as a knowledgeable resource in the entire account opening process.  The Account Control Team's functions are to review, validate and authorize account opening documents and the related process.

The Role

·  Documentation tracking and scanning using in house systems
·  Updating client static data on various in house systems
·  Filing/Tracking client files
·  Preparing client letters
·  Dealing with ad-hoc queries relating to systems, documentation and client information
·  Handling Client Website allocation.

Requirements

·  2 years of Central File experience
·  Attention to detail, methodical, process driven
·  Team player
·  Numerically proficient
·  Strong Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge
