Our Team

 

The On-boarding Maintenance Team is responsible for review and update of client documentation and information. We are involved in the opening and on-going maintenance of Private Banking Accounts across multiple EMEA platforms and ensuring compliance with local AML-KYC regulatory requirements. Our team offers quality and timely service to clients while providing an on-going support to internal stakeholders and acting as a knowledgeable resource for the entire Private Bank.

Position Description:

 

The successful candidate will be working in the fast-paced environment which requires mastering various processes and liaising with numerous internal stakeholders. The main responsibilities will be to review and update legal documentation using in-house systems, to address incoming ad-hoc queries and to participate in various projects.

Expected Skills
 
·  Relevant degree/qualification and/or relevant commercial experience
·  Meticulous attention to detail
·  The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work with tight deadlines
·  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
·  For this role fluency in French is essential, additional language skills would be beneficial
