Transaction Processing Specialist -
Commercial Real Estate Loan Administration – Dallas, TX
· Responsibilities include proficient in preparing collateral release documents; payoff quote and loan close out.
· Heavy report preparation, monitoring and distribution.
· May maintain moderate portfolio of non construction loans.
· Ability to process payments and advances accurately and timely.
· Initial set up and maintenance of collateral release files; preparation of all applicable release documents; interaction with title companies as needed.
· Ability to review title commitments and updates.
· Set up and maintenance of desk files. Set up files within systems; moderate to heavy scanning of documents.
· Initiate wires and assist the department with special projects as needed.
· Reconcile bank controlled accounts.
· Application of good customer service skills required in all aspects of responsibilities.
· Must have ability to multi-task and work in fast paced/time sensitive environment to support a very large team of Commercial Real Estate and Community Development Lending Construction Loan Disbursement Analysts.
· Second day review of multiple transactions.
· Preparation of Iron Mountain offsite archiving and storage management.
· Authenticating client wire instructions.
· Ability to interact with insurance companies, monitor strict insurance requirements and update database with revised insurance information.
Desired profile
Qualifications:
· Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet, word, database, and widely used software programs.
· Construction Real Estate experience ( Not mortgage, must have commercial real estate experience)
· 1-3 years of clerical/operation experience required.
· Accounting experience required.
