As a MIS Reporting Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for development and production of key financial and operating metrics for Consumer & Community Banking FCD (Fraud, Claims & Dispute) group. In this role, you will be supporting and maintaining KPI reporting for the team of 7,000+ employees in Fraud Call Centers and Claims & Dispute located across domestic and international locations. Some of key metrics include analysts' performance & productivity measures, queue penetration, scheduling and financial impact. Candidate must have ability to work with sense of urgency and be result oriented. Strong ability to define data elements, research criteria, and develop reporting solutions in collaboration with business partners is a must. Candidate must be flexible and willing to learn new skills and responsibilities. Roles and Responsibilities: · Develop new or update SAS and Futrix reports · Thorough understanding of reporting data in a way that is easily interpreted by end users · Support production reports in SAS/Futrix and adhere to deployment protocols ·Adhere to all corporate and departmental standards and policies ·Maintain and enhance existing scripts and reports as needed ·Tune code to provide optimal performance ·Work with customers to understand requests and project requirements ·Organize multiple work tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines ·Provide support to end users using a consultative approach ·Troubleshoot reports and data issues reported by end-users
Desired profile
• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred• 3+ years experience in reporting and data cubes building function• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking• High level of personal commitment to each task—a "can do" attitude and a drive to deliver• High level of responsibility and ownership from inception to completion• Thorough understanding of reporting data in a way that is easily interpreted by end users• Time management skills to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines• Experienced in complex data mining & manipulation using advanced techniques such as SAS SQL procedures and SAS Macros. Base and Advanced SAS Certification is a plus.• Use of querying and reporting applications such as TOAD, Teradata SQL Assistant, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau and Futrix• Experienced in scheduling SAS jobs in Unix server and some knowledge of Perl• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
