Key Responsibilities:

·  Partnering with the Global CIB Production Management group to understand product rationalisation, technical challenges and efficiency enhancements across our group and within our development partner teams.
·  Drive the adoption of agile practices across multiple teams within Production Management, coach and mentor to all as needed.
·  Documentation of requirements, ideally with Spec by Example documents when appropriate.
·  Documentation of use cases, test cases and success criteria.
·  Close partnership with software engineers on the team to deliver solutions and automate as much testing as possible.
·  Partner in analysing and developing solutions to solve complex business problems with members of the broader team.

Qualifications

·  Experience as a business analyst – track record of, and able to evidence, a history of successful delivery of requirements, testing and ultimately software platforms .
·  Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with a focus on technology or business curriculum.
·  Experience in the adoption / implementation of Agile / Scrum .  History of actively participating in all Scrum ceremonies and familiarity of terms.
·  Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integrated Development and Deployment.
·  Proven track record of working with geographically split groups to gather requirements, understand and document accordingly.
·  Proven ability to ensure that risks and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
·  Effective influencing skills and an ability to work with a diverse team of technologists

Preferred Skills:

·  Must be detail oriented , needs to be able to investigate and solve for the details independently by partnering with relevant technology or business colleagues
·  Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills / Ability to run meetings and drive agenda
·  Experience with Investment Banking and knowledge of Investments would be advantageous
·  Experience working closely with AD architects and Design Authorities
