As an experienced Software Engineer, your mission is to help lead our team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solutions that improve the way our business is run. Your deep knowledge of design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming will help team raise their game, meeting ourstandards, as well as satisfying both business and functional requirements. Your expertise in various technology domains will be counted on to set strategic direction and solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

·  Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
·  Understanding of architecture and design across all systems 
·  Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
·  Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
·  Proficiency in the majority of the technologies:–Bootstrap, Sharepoint, Java, Mattermost, ConfluenceGraphic Design,
·  Experience in developing Infographics and Branding
·  Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
·  Ability to create a strategy for our intranet presence (UX) and work with our vendor to identify other comms mechanisms
·  Ability todevelop interim solutions e.g. SharePoint based definition of great linked to JIRA
·  Capable of being the contact point for our vendor and internal comms team developing the overall communications strategy including Approach, Population segmentation, Engagement model, including channel strategy
·  Good influencing skills to supporting working with multiple teams across JPMC tech to ensure successful delivery
