Job description

As an Administrative Repossession Support Representative, you will be responsible for the day to day activities of supporting the collection regions. These duties include general repossession support which includes reviewing accounts to validate repossession criteria has been met. You will also be responsible to assign accounts to Vendors and review mileage fee requests for potential approval. In this role you will maintain work flow volumes as well as exercise good judgment and follow up. This role does not include customer contact for the purpose of collections. All contact is with our Vendor partners. Strong quality results are required in this role.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Desired profile

·  Minimum of 1-2 years of collections, customer service, or administrative experience required.

·  Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
·  The ability to work independently and be self - motivated.
·  Multi-task effectively in a high paced environment.
·  Adapt well to day to day changes.
·  Effectively apply creativity and innovation to accomplish goals.
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills.
·  Excellent organizational and time management skills to maintain work volume.
·  Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
·  Flexible.
