Regulatory Technology Team

Regulatory Technology team a global team of ~200 employees responsible for delivering strategic regulatory technology stack to meet global regulatory requirements for CIB.

Regulatory Reporting Business/Data Analyst is a role based in Bournemouth, UK reporting to the regional regulatory technology lead. The role is responsible for delivery of strategic front office multi-asset data with on-boarding data flows from front office sales, trading and execution to the strategic data warehouse, following firm wide data standards and best practices. The role also involves analyzing the on-boarded data to drive and deliver reporting solutions to comply with regulations.

The candidate will be delivering a first class product which exceeds client expectations. You must enjoy creating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for analyzing the requirements, delivering Messaging and Logical data models and for producing very detailed technical requirements for the development team. You'll be someone who loves to make things happen, has excellent communication and engagement skills, and be someone who is passionate about innovation and driving end to end delivery following agile development methodologies. Desired profile

Skills / experience required:
·  Hands-on business analysis experience in software development projects.
·  Experience in producing best-in-class business and function requirements documents for the development teams
·  Strong FIX expertise
·  Functional expertise in Equity Derivatives, Listed F&O or Cash Equities asset-classes (preferably front office) is highly beneficial.
·  Excellent problem solving skills and ability to quickly broker solutions
·  Data modeling expertise is beneficial
·  Experience of delivering regulatory change a benefit.
·  Experience of being in a diverse team, enabling a ‘one team' culture and a positive working environment
·  Experience of stakeholder management and partnership
·  Ability to leverage technology architectures, design and development best practices.
·  History of building front office data warehouse involving data on-boarding and certification is highly beneficial
·  Experience with QA/Test Management is beneficial
·  Project management experience is beneficial
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels, including ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from various functions like operations, product managers, business, compliance etc.
·  Enjoys working in an innovative environment as part of a larger team and being a key contributor to its success.
