Seeking a result focused leader to drive the Quality Assurance team while testing multiple application components and strategic interfaces. Someone that is motivated by technology, hands-on and able to manage multiple efforts without compromising on quality. As a Quality Assurance Lead in the Global Payments Strategy Program, you will be responsible for all in Sprint testing, ensuring automated test scripts are authored and successful, as well as coordinating End to End testing events with our various partner systems. You will be expected to promote common Agile practices such as iterative/test-driven development, continuous integration, and partner closely with product, business analysts and developers, to ensure both quality and flexible software is delivered. A successful candidate must have relevant Enterprise software testing experience preferably working on a Payments system. The candidate should have experience testing with agile teams, in a fast paced environment where not all of the requirements and scope are predetermined. The candidate should be familiar with tools such as Confluence, Jira, GIT, Visio, Fitness, Selenium and XML and JSON schema validators and comfortable with industry standard payment formats such as ISO 20022, SWIFT MT1xx and SWIFT MT2xx. The responsibilities of a QA Analyst Lead include: ·Perform all in Sprint testing based on user stories being worked on in each Agile Sprint ·Identify, author and edit automated test scripts that test both message based and web based interfaces ·Manually test those scenarios that are deemed inappropriate to automate. ·Coordinate testing events with up stream and downstream partner systems and identify the types of scenarios that must be tested ·Participate in production validation during planned and unplanned deployments ·Manage a team of QA Analysts, including training, mentoring and coaching ·Serve as an escalation point for the QA Analysts
Desired profile
·Minimum 6 years of relevant technology experience required, including experience with large, complex technology programs ·2+ years experience as a QA Lead ·Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills ·Strong analytical and problem solving skills ·Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact effectively with multiple levels of management ·Excellent planning skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity ·Experience with projects in multiple technologies ·Ability to execute against tight deadlines, work with minimum supervision, exercise independent judgment and prioritize work ·Expert ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and circumstances ·Strong facilitation and presentation skills ·Skillful with scenario-based analysis and use case driven design techniques ·Attention to detail and ability to assimilate fragmented facts into a detailed problem statement
