Production Services is a division of Global Services. We provide video production and webcast publishing services to the firm. Video production, or videography, is the art and service of video recording (tape or digital), editing, and distributing a finished video product. Internal webcasting publishing services provide on-demand webcasts to supported desktops in the firm.

Production Assistants are an entry-level support position to the studio production team. They assist in the day-to-day operations of the studio and the teleprompter.

Duties include:
· Assisting the videographer/DP with set-up and strike as needed for shoots.
· Receipt of scripts in advance of shoots and loading the teleprompter, checking for accuracy.
· Teleprompter operation during recording sessions.
· Operation of media encoder during shoots to record transcription files.
· Greeting clients at reception or studio entrance and escorting them to the set and making them comfortable.
· Providing water/toiletries as needed to guests on set.
· General tidiness of set and studio.

Desired profile

·  Familiarity with production sets and working with production teams. i.e.: college studios or post college environments.
·  Ability to operate TelePrompTer software/hardware.
·  Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to the profession
·  College degree preferred.
