Job Description Performance Analytics: Point of Contact: AM Career Coach ·The role would require to develop an orientation and ability to assimilate data and apply performance concepts and present the same in an effective manner ·Must possess thorough knowledge of performance measurement methodologies, techniques and concepts, attribution analysis, banking operations, mutual funds ·Job will also have responsibilities to ensure ongoing compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards GIPS® ·PAG reporting for an allocated investment decision-making process (Equities, Fixed Income, Liquidity & Cash, Asset Management Solution and Alternatives) ·Prior experience on applications such as Factset, Bloomberg, Morning Star, MSCI Barra, Bi-Sam is needed for the job ·Liaise with third party providers to consolidate index returns and characteristics ·Work with technology counterparts to enable automation in the process Skillset requirements- Experience in Performance and Attribution IMC/CFA/CIPM a value-add English speaking and writing skills Reporting: Point of Contact: AM Career Coach ·Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports ·Ensure accurate and timely resolution of internal client inquiries ·Ability to analyze, research, and resolve root cause of any exceptions ·Ensure accurate and timely input of information in OMI and resulting BO reports ·Compare data from vendor sources to mainframe system ·Ability to proactively identify trends, recurring problems and risk; suggest and implement resolutions Skillset requirements- Advanced Ms Excel skills Basis to Intermediate Ms Access knowledge Ms SQL- beginners' module Closely Held Asset Management: Point of Contact: AM Career Coach ·Performs ongoing asset review reporting activities, including financial and operating performance analysis ·Application of relevant business information in appropriate valuation methodologies and models to derive and support pricing estimates ·Managing the oversight of the equity and valuation review process of analysts, including time management and workflow processes ·Manage deliverables while servicing all ad hoc queries and requests. ·Manage all relationships with internal and external stakeholders Skillset requirements- CFA/Inter CA/MBA candidate Experience in Industry valuations Research background will be a value add Basic to Intermediate Ms Excel skills Investor Services: Point of Contact: AM Career Coach ·Responsible for creating and maintaining client level information. ·Maintains exception reports to ensure data quality within client reference repositories. ·Engages in BAU issue resolution, issue escalation, and performs UAT testing for enhancements or new databases specific to client reference data. ·Should be cognizant of client impact and is always ensuring that the data integrity of the client and account information is to the highest possible standard. ·Serves as the liaison for issue resolution and research relating to client and account information queries. ·An acute awareness of the high risk, time critical and complex nature of the Private Banking environment, an ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines is essential. Skillset requirements- B Com/M Com- Accounts and Finance Ms Office Suite (Excel/ Access)B usiness Analytics: Point of Contact: AM Career Coach ·Business Analytics team provides global analytic reporting vital to the day to day business and risk management to 16 different business units across the globe ·Tracks allocation, inflow/outflow of cash/securities within the accounts. Perform Pre Trade Checks, highlight exceptions if any, enable GAP/PMG teams with the required information for them to approve/execute the trades. ·Monitors Market Values, Inflow or Outflow of Funds for Advisory Programs, Structured Products, ETF's and Mutual Funds at account, region and LOB level on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. ·Highlights accounts that need special attention because of Asset allocation exception, holding non-approved securities, concentrated investment in a single cusip, missing mandates and pending annual reviews. ·Updates various databases to enable online tools to show latest client positions and fund balances. Also, monitors usage of Performance reports published on Workstation on a Monthly basis. Skillset requirements- B Com/M Com- Accounts and Finance Ms Office Suite (Excel/ Access) Shift Timings: EMEA / US
