Corporate Technology includes teams supporting the firm"s corporate functions: Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Real Estate & General Services, and Security & Investigations.Legal Technology partners with the various the Corporate and LOB Legal teams to deliver technology solutions that aid Legal as they advise the business on applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Legal Tech supports legal functions covering Matter Management, Legal Holds, Financial Financial Management, Document & Knowledge Management and Billing.The individual is going to be part of a dynamic team of highly talented individuals and will be encouraged to contribute ideas during analysis, design and implementation.Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to: Write high performing SQL (DML, DDL), triggers, stored procedures, and packages. Write shell and scripts to execute database batches. Work with other developers to facilitate creation of high performing data centric components and applications Work with Data feds using Oracle Merge

Desired profile

· Bachelor"s degree in computer science, MIS or technical area generally required. Will accept any suitable combination of education , training and experience · Minimum of 4+ years of diversified experience working with ORACLE and potentially with other database management systems. · Strong experience working with Oracle versions 10gR2, 11gR1/2 in a UNIX environment. · Strong programming experience in PL/SQL and UNIX Shell Scripting. · Experience with writing packages, stored procedures, triggers, and complex analytical queries, and experience in tuning complex queries are necessary. · Knowledge of principles of object-oriented design and Java language is a plus. · Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills to drive projects to successful conclusion. · The individual must be self-starter, independent, motivated, detail and quality oriented, proud of the product(s) he/she develops, and an excellent team member. · Excellent problem solving and communication skills are required. · The individual must have experience working in test-driven and highly iterative environment. · Knowledge of XML, web services · Knowledge of UNIX/Linux and scripting experience · ClearCase, Perforce / Quality Center / JIRA / CruiseControl, Hudson/Jenkins, TeamCity, Maven and Ant build Scripts
