The CBB CRM Platform Team is the host to several Java EE based enterprise applications ranging from product origination to managing marketing campaigns. The applications managed by this team are primarily used within the branch banking centers.

The individual will manage applications and serve as an Application Development SME within the CBB CRM Platform Applications Development Team. Responsibilities include people management, design, planning, development, assigning ashould demonstrate ability to deliver solutions within defined budgets and timelines nd tracking tasks, mentoring & coaching, performance evaluation. Applicants while adhering to project standards and best practices. This individual will work closely withi the team to evaluate, research, recommend solutions to address business problems and implement complex business requirements and processes.

Desired profile

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net technologies
· 3+ years of development experience (.NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 with C# as primary language)
· Experience with ASP.NET MVC based web development
· Experience with client based technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, CSS)
· Strong SQL knowledge including design and performance tuning.
· SQL 2008 programming experience (stored procedures, PL/SQL, query optimization)
· Knowledge of open source tools and utilities.
· Working knowledge of middleware services and its utilization.
· Experience with creating and consuming web services (Web API/WCF)
· Experience with Visual Studio 2012.
· Experience with SVN or similar source code versioning tools
· An ability to balance multiple time-critical tasks at the same time
· Strong, clear communication skills; oral, written and email
· Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience with development of Mobile (iOS/Android) Applications, Hybrid or Stand along a plus
· Experience in a large enterprise support environment utilizing industry best practices and mature processes for application release and change control is a plu3
