Global Services (GS) provides services to all JPMC lines of business in the areas of Conference Center, Dining Services (Employee & Client), Meeting & Events, Production Services, Ticket Administration and Travel. By providing these services in a centralized function, GS is able to support the business initiatives of JPMC in an efficient, professional and best in class service model. Our primary function is to enhance both the client and employee experience at JPMorgan Chase by providing services for all lines of business globally.

The Lobby receptionist/concierge team provides high level services to our clients at JP Morgan Chase & Co. locations. Members of the team interact with all levels of JP Morgan Chase executives and their clients on a daily basis and ensure they are provided with "high touch" customer service. The reception team builds solid relationships by being the coordinator for client and guests, administrative assistants, event planners and meeting and events teams.

· Provide high level concierge services to staff, clients and guests
· Meets and greets employees and their guests in a prompt, professional and efficient manner
· Advise on local restaurants, lodging, transportation, directions and information on local attractions
· Displays courtesy through professional customer service when dealing with problematic guests and difficult situations
· Coordinates with Executive Management Assistants, to ensure all guests and meetings are handled professionally and according to specific instructions
· Serves as liaison between the floor receptionist and administrators to ensure proper coordination of meetings and events.
· Registers guest, issues guest and employees passes, and directs them to the turnstiles where security will monitor and control access
· Understands security's role in operating and monitoring security and safety equipment; engages security in all situations regarding safety and security functions
· Cross Training-Reception team is encouraged to train with other teams within our line of business in preparation to assist when needed
· Troubleshooting and executing problem solving techniques
· Provides reports and metrics
· Answers multiple phone lines and Data Entry into visitor logs and systems
· Maintain confidentiality pertaining to business matters

Desired profile

·  Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in high end reception and concierge services.
