Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serves as an iManage document management system expert for the Legal Department
· Works directly with Legal Practice Groups to design taxonomy, templates, and business processes to take advantage of the iManage system
· Manages templates and taxonomy for workspace creation and maintenance within iManage, partnering with Legal Technology where necessary
· Develops new permission structures for business needs, maintaining document security and integrity and adhering to JPMC Information Classification Standards
· Creates requirements for then analyzes reports to proactively manage Legal documentation and drive adoption through the Practice Groups.
· Manage projects related to iManage, including system enhancements, integrations with JPMC systems, requested changes from Practice Groups, and business process design to take maximum advantage of document management functions.
· Liaises with Legal Technology to raise issues and risks, as well as submit work requests for technical enhancements
· Develops requirements for enhancements to the system as well as new templates, taxonomy, and other system-level changes.
· Coordinates with Testing Team to ensure enhancements were properly delivered by Legal Technology.
· Partners with Legal Technology and vendors to ensure system enhancements are prioritized effectively.
· Creates and delivers training and reference material to Legal employees regarding use of iManage in their Practice Groups.
· Assists in the management of document and record retention requirements for electronic documents owned by the Legal Department. Understands the other collaboration tools available to the Legal Department and advises leadership on their use or potential use within the Legal Department.

Desired profile

Qualifications
· Proficiency/experience supporting Autonomy FileSite V8 or V9 (iManage) in a corporate law department or law firm (global presence a plus)
· Proficiency/experience managing programs or projects related to document management systems (FileSite specifically a plus)
· Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management
· Proficiency/experience in Microsoft (including Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel).
· Knowledge of basic document management technology and ability to communicate effectively with technical resources.
· Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks against tight deadlines.
· Detail-oriented; adherence to the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
· Ability to work independently with little supervision to bring projects in on time and within budget.
· Strong time management skills and the ability to be flexible and agile with work assignments.

Education/Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of document management experience with FileSite a plus. Prior system implementation and project or program management experience with FileSite a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in business, technology, communications, or equivalent work experience preferred.
